About the role
The Team Leader – Food & Beverage will support the efficient operation of the outlet at Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. Working closely with the Outlet Manager, you will help deliver courteous, professional and flexible service to guests while meeting the expectations of employees and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing all aspects of the outlet’s operations.
- Ensure service delivery complies with the established concept statement and brand standards.
- Support staff in providing courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
- Contribute to problem‑solving, administrative tasks and day‑to‑day coordination.
- Help maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
