About the role
We are looking for a Team Leader to support the daily operations of our SOIL healthy‑concept outlets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and to assist other locations across the UAE as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the team in the daily operations of the outlet.
- Work flexibly across different SOIL outlets throughout the UAE.
- Hands‑on supervision of both front‑of‑house (FOH) and back‑of‑house (BOH) activities.
- Manage and monitor food‑delivery aggregator platforms.
- Assist with daily ordering and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of required items.
- Prepare basic operational reports when required.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company standards are consistently followed.
- Support and train team members as needed.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience in both FOH and BOH operations.
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple SOIL outlets in the UAE.
