About the role
The Team Leader - Housekeeping at Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi supervises and coordinates housekeeping operations so that cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards are kept across all assigned areas. The role leads a team of housekeeping attendants, monitors their performance and ensures compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and service standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment and safety standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools is desirable.
