About the role
A Full‑Time Key Holder drives business performance through leadership while ensuring a differentiated customer experience in a multi‑million dollar store.
Key responsibilities
- Training and development of associate team
- Delivering excellent customer experience
- Effective communication and store presentation
- Supervising sales floor and operational tasks
- Asset protection and adherence to policies and procedures
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor or Manager
- Strong work ethic, assertiveness, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability, multi‑tasking ability and stress tolerance
