Team Leader, Maintenance (Industrial)

About the role

The Team Leader, Maintenance (Industrial) will direct all planned and unplanned maintenance activities across ADNOC Distribution depots, terminals and LPG plants in the region. The role ensures compliance with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation standards while driving reliability, safety and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of preventive, corrective, predictive and breakdown maintenance programmes for tanks, pipelines and associated equipment.
• Supervise maintenance engineers and supervisors, monitor KPI performance and ensure HSE and Asset Integrity targets are met.
• Manage work orders, resource forecasting (spare‑parts and manpower) and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement and technical departments to develop schedules, approve changes and control maintenance costs.
• Support project teams during HAZOP, HAZID, FAT/SAT and handover activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance within the oil & gas sector.
• Proven leadership of multi‑disciplinary maintenance teams and strong knowledge of HSE and AIPS standards.
• Experience in contract management, inventory control and cost optimisation.
