Team Leader – Telecom Kiosk Sales

About the role

The Team Leader will manage day‑to‑day kiosk operations, lead a team of sales executives, and drive sales of telecom products and services while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, monitoring performance and providing coaching.
• Drive kiosk sales of SIM cards, mobile plans, internet packages and accessories, developing strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve escalated issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Oversee inventory, POS transactions and ensure compliance with company procedures and telecom regulations.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate with management, marketing and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field (desired).
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in telecom or retail, with at least 1 year in a management role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and leading teams.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in a kiosk environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM applications.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Strong command of MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
