Team Leader – Trade Finance Operations

About the role

Join ADCB's Global Business Services team as a Team Leader in Trade Finance Operations, driving excellence in transaction processing and customer service within a dynamic banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process trade finance transactions in line with policy, SOPs, and credit terms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with relationship teams to obtain necessary approvals and maintain compliance.
• Maintain transaction records, reconcile accounts, and uphold bank standards.
• Adhere to organizational policies and deliver consistent, high‑quality service to customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Finance, with knowledge of banking and accounting systems for core trade products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
