Technical Advisor / Foreman

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Technical Advisor / Foreman in Dubai to supervise and guide workshop technicians. The role allocates repair tasks, ensures they are completed on time to quality standards, and keeps the workshop efficient, safe and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and give technical guidance to workshop technicians
• Allocate repair tasks and ensure timely completion with quality standards
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and electronic issues
• Support technicians in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
• Ensure repairs follow manufacturer procedures and company standards
• Maintain workshop efficiency, safety and quality compliance

Required profile

• ITI or diploma in Diesel, Automotive or Electrical Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role or as a Senior Mechanic / Team Lead in heavy commercial vehicles, light vehicles or passenger cars
• Ability to lead and guide a team of 7-8 technicians

Required skills

• Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical, electronic and mechanical issues
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools for troubleshooting vehicle faults
• Familiarity with computers and business software is an added advantage
