About the role
Innovation Group is hiring a Technical Assistant in Al Ain, UAE on a permanent basis. The assistant supports technicians and engineers with installation, maintenance and repair work, and helps keep the work area clean, organised and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Assist technicians and engineers with installation, maintenance and repair work.
- Prepare and arrange tools, equipment and materials needed for daily tasks.
- Support electrical, mechanical, plumbing or other technical activities as assigned.
- Help identify basic faults and report technical issues to the supervisor.
- Handle, clean and maintain tools and equipment properly.
- Follow instructions from technicians, engineers and supervisors.
- Keep the work area clean, organised and safe, and follow company safety procedures and use the required PPE.
- Assist with loading, unloading and moving technical materials when required.
- Report damaged tools, equipment issues and material shortages to the supervisor.
