Technical Coordinator – Fleet Operations

About the role

The Technical Coordinator manages daily movement and repair of rental vehicles, ensuring maximum fleet availability by minimizing downtime and repair turnaround times. The role involves coordinating with workshops, drivers, insurance companies, and vendors to streamline operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance and accident repair vehicles, coordinate transfers between branches and workshops, and update vehicle status in CarPro.
• Open and close work orders, conduct vehicle inspections, prepare estimates with photos, and perform joint inspections before vehicle release.
• Coordinate accident repair cases from start to finish, follow up with insurance companies and surveyors, and track approvals and major accident repairs.
• liaise with workshops, suppliers, and vendors for spare parts and tire replacements, escalating delays that affect fleet availability.
• Prepare daily workshop and repair status reports, monitor vehicle aging and downtime, audit parking yard inventory, and ensure accurate system updates.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in fleet operations, rent‑a‑car maintenance, or workshop coordination.
• Proven experience handling accident repairs and insurance follow‑up.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with fleet management systems such as CarPro.
• Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
