About the role
The Technical Manager supports safe, efficient and reliable product and service delivery, consulting with operations and identifying continuous‑improvement opportunities. The role also promotes new technologies, assists with risk management and provides real‑time operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support throughout the sales, product and service delivery process.
- Assist in developing technical job designs and evaluating cost‑effective techniques.
- Participate in incident response, recovery and investigation for the area of expertise.
- Evaluate technical viability of tenders and contribute to technical publications.
- Maintain visibility with customers, professional societies and research institutions.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of direct experience with demulsifier, water clarifier and PPD testing.
- Experience consulting with design/technical engineers and supporting operations in real time.
