Technical Operations Lead – Expert Opportunity

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire an experienced Technical Operations Lead who will train cutting‑edge language models on professional document, spreadsheet and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, flexible and paid on an hourly basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create and evaluate AI‑generated production capacity models, bill of materials packages and root‑cause failure analysis reports.
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules, quality‑control inspection checklists and supplier qualification packages for regulated manufacturing environments.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in engineering, manufacturing or technical operations with direct ownership of production capacity planning, bill of materials or quality‑control processes.
• Working knowledge of root‑cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning and supplier qualification standards in regulated settings.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets and slide decks with strong written communication.
