Technical Sales Executive - Robotics

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, field‑driven Technical Sales Executive to promote robotics and automation solutions across the UAE. The role involves travelling to industrial and commercial sites, generating leads, and providing basic technical overviews to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Travel across the UAE to prospect and generate leads through cold calls, drop‑ins and scheduled appointments.
• Conduct on‑site market research, assess facility accessibility and gather detailed intelligence on customer needs and existing systems.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of customer interactions, contacts and observations, providing transparent updates to management.
• Listen to client pain points, understand basic mechanical, electrical and software requirements, and present entry‑level overviews of our robotics and AI product lines.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence (or ability to obtain one quickly).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or a related engineering discipline.
• 2‑5 years of client‑facing experience, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
• General understanding of mechatronics, basic robotics, software, electronics and AI concepts.
• Highly disciplined, honest and dedicated to detailed reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
