Technical Service Engineer

About the role

The Technical Service Engineer will provide on‑site installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of jewellery manufacturing equipment across Dubai, Sharjah, the Northern Emirates and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission a range of jewellery machinery including CNC machines, 3D printers, casting machines, induction melting furnaces and laser welding/marking equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults, perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs, and troubleshoot circuit boards and electronic components using multimeters, oscilloscopes and schematics.
• Train customers on machine operation and coordinate with international suppliers' technical teams for advanced troubleshooting and support.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience servicing industrial machinery, with hands‑on circuit‑board repair and fine SMD soldering.
• UAE driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites and occasionally abroad for supplier training.

Required skills

• Power electronics, rectifiers, power supplies and induction heating systems.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, controllers, touchscreens and stepper/servo drives.
• Reading circuit diagrams, wiring schematics and using diagnostic equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
