Technician 1 – Ain Dubai Ride Maintenance

About the role

The Technical Specialist ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of Ain Dubai’s rides, facilities and equipment, delivering a high‑quality experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and respond promptly to work orders to minimise downtime.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Conduct safety checks, inspections and support risk assessments and permit‑to‑work systems.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer maintenance and operational standards.
• Utilise CMMS to manage work orders, track tasks and control inventory of parts and tools.

Required profile

• HND/HNC/TEC or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in technical maintenance, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices and safe working procedures.
• Ability to work shifts and at height in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
