About the role
Collins Aerospace is seeking a Technician to join its Dubai facility in the Jebel Ali Free Zone. The role involves hands‑on work on aerospace components, ensuring they meet technical and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform inspection, repair, modification and overhaul of components in accordance with technical data.
- Complete all required regulatory training and participate in continuous‑improvement activities.
- Assist with shop audits, maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety and EHS requirements.
- Communicate progress and issues to supervisors and other maintenance personnel.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or Technical Diploma; fluent English.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in an MRO environment.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins and technical drawings.
Required skills
- Inspection of aerospace components.
- Repair and modification techniques.
- Interpretation of maintenance manuals and technical specifications.
