Technician – Batch Release

About the role

Julphar is seeking a Technician to support the batch release process within its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role ensures compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) principles and facilitates the accurate handling of manufacturing and packaging documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and distribute manufacturing and packaging documents from all Julphar sites and the Physical Lab.
• Enter batch details into the release tracker and keep the tracker up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team to obtain Certificates of Analysis (COA) before batch release.
• Compile and archive manufacturing and packaging documents after release.
• Support the batch review team by managing batch files and updating related trackers.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Batch Release Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling manufacturing documentation or related functions.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent record‑keeping and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
