Tele-Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding

About the role

Ultiwise Consult is hiring a Tele-Sales Executive in Dubai for a shipping and freight forwarding business. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads and converting them into new business, with a stated salary of AED 4,000 plus 5,000 plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer shipping needs and recommend air, sea and land freight solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations with the operations and pricing teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Update customer interactions, sales activities and lead status in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments for shipment execution, stay updated on freight rates and market trends, and resolve customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing or a related field.
• 2-3 years of tele-sales experience in a shipping, freight forwarding or logistics company.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling and client acquisition.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, LCL/FCL, import and export and customs procedures.
• CRM usage for recording sales activities and leads.
