About the role
We are looking for confident, target‑driven Tele Sales Executives who are fluent in Hindi to join our fast‑paced team in the UAE. You will handle high‑volume outbound calls, engage prospects, and turn leads into successful sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Persuade and influence clients through strong pitch delivery and objection handling.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales.
- Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Required profile
- Fluent Hindi speakers.
- 1–2 years of experience in tele‑sales, call centre, BPO, customer service or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment.
