Tele Sales Executive – Staffing & Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our staffing and recruitment team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, promoting our recruitment services, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through outbound calls to introduce staffing and recruitment services.
• Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Business Development team.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to convert inquiries into business.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and client hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand available services and ongoing hiring projects.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of telesales, telemarketing, or business development experience, preferably in staffing or recruitment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident in making outbound sales calls and handling objections.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Target‑oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
