About the role

Story Hub Advertising is seeking a motivated Tele Sales Receptionist to handle both outbound sales calls and front‑desk duties. The role combines customer outreach, lead generation, and reception responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.
• Promote the company's products and services professionally.
• Receive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Welcome visitors and manage the reception area.
• Prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and update CRM or Excel databases.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Handle emails and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers.

Required profile

• Female candidates preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, reception, or a similar role.
• Own visa preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
