Tele Sales Representative - Bakery Ingredients & Hospitality

About the role

A leading supplier of bakery ingredients and products, operating for more than 30 years across five countries, is looking for a customer-focused Tele Sales Representative in Dubai. The role supports sales growth by engaging customers, generating leads, handling inquiries and keeping strong customer relationships through professional telephone communication. It reports to the Business Development Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and promotions.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Generate and qualify sales leads, including from social media.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships and resolve complaints or escalate issues.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Prepare reports and performance updates for the line manager and support customer retention through follow-up calls.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or sales support.
• Experience in food ingredients, bakery or hospitality sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation and ability to persuade customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and work independently; multi-lingual ability (English, Arabic, Hindi) is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Salary budget of AED 5,000-6,000 with industry-accepted pay and additional allowances.
