About the role
We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our Dubai team. The role involves contacting prospective customers by phone, presenting our products and services, and converting leads into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
Required profile
- Intermediate school education (or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a willingness to meet targets.
