Tele Sales Specialist (Hindi Speaking) – UAE

About the role

We are looking for a confident, target‑driven Tele Sales Specialist who speaks fluent Hindi to join our fast‑growing team in the UAE. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound calling, engaging prospective customers, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections effectively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into closed sales.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Build rapport with customers using a professional and energetic communication style.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speaker.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, call centre, BPO, customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.
