About the role
Join our Guest Experience team at Le Méridien, a Marriott International brand, as a Telephone Operator. You will help create memorable stays for guests by handling a variety of front‑of‑house tasks and ensuring smooth communication throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Share local area highlights and assist guests with information about the hotel and surrounding attractions.
- Maintain a safe work environment while standing, walking, and moving objects up to 10 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
