About the role
Tafaseel BPO is hiring a full-time Telesales Agent in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The role centres on making outbound calls to potential customers and selling products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Present, promote and sell products and services using solid arguments
- Answer customer queries and resolve objections effectively
- Maintain call and sales records in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Give feedback on customer needs and preferences to management
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- High energy, self-motivated and results-oriented
Required skills
- Fluent Arabic and English
- CRM use for recording calls and sales
