Telesales Representative

About the role

Tafaseel BPO is hiring a Telesales Representative in Ajman to contact potential patients by phone, introduce its services and provide information that supports treatment decisions. The role focuses on lead conversion, building trust with patients and delivering a professional, patient-centred experience that supports business growth in the offshore market.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients from provided leads and present services clearly, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Follow up on warm leads, schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Work toward daily, weekly and monthly lead conversion targets and track personal performance against team goals.
• Support promotional campaigns by informing patients about current offers.
• Record calls, leads and outcomes accurately in the CRM system and give feedback on lead quality to sales and marketing teams.
• Submit performance reports as requested and maintain brand standards in all patient interactions.
• Adhere to confidentiality, data protection and professional ethics.

Required profile

• Experience in telesales, customer service or call centre roles; healthcare or medical tourism experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong communication and persuasion skills to build patient trust.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and patient databases.
