Telesales & Customer Service (Arabic and English Speaking)

About the role

The role combines telesales and customer service for a fast‑growing online luxury retailer. You will contact warm leads and abandoned‑cart customers, answer product queries and convert conversations into confirmed orders, delivering a personalised experience in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and abandoned‑cart customers, understand their interest, answer questions, handle objections and close sales.
• Provide product information, availability, sizing, pricing, delivery and order‑related support while maintaining high service standards.
• Follow up with customers via WhatsApp and other channels, share images and alternatives, and keep prospects engaged.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, track preferences and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve daily call, conversion and revenue targets; update all interactions in the CRM.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Experience in telesales, call‑centre, real‑estate, automotive, banking, insurance, retail or similar customer‑facing sales roles.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads every day.
• Persuasive, with solid negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset balancing service quality with sales conversion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system to log interactions and follow‑ups.
