Telesales Executive - Forex Trading

About the role

A sister company of the employer, operating in the forex industry, is hiring a confident and motivated Telesales Executive. You will contact prospective clients, introduce the company's trading services and support interested clients through account opening and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-approved leads.
• Introduce forex trading services, platforms and account options, and answer general enquiries while qualifying leads.
• Explain account opening requirements and coordinate with the onboarding team.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain professional client relationships.
• Record calls, client feedback and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation and sales targets.
• Take part in training to build product knowledge and sales skills.
• Follow compliance procedures, communicate trading risks accurately and avoid promising guaranteed returns.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English (additional languages an advantage).
• Confident telephone manner, strong listening and persuasion skills.
• Previous telesales, sales or customer service experience preferred; forex or financial services experience an advantage.
• Target-driven, organised and willing to learn.
• Available to join immediately.
