Telesales Executive

About the role

The Telesales Executive will work full‑time on‑site in the United Arab Emirates, contacting prospective and existing customers to promote printers, consumables and spare parts. The role combines outbound prospecting, lead qualification, basic quotation preparation and coordination of product demonstrations for the field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify customer needs and recommend suitable printing solutions.
• Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries and prepare simple quotations.
• Schedule meetings or product demos for the field sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle inbound calls, provide product information and resolve basic questions.
• Coordinate with the operations team on order status and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute feedback to improve scripts.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Experience in telesales, inside sales or call‑center environments, preferably in technology or office equipment.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented attitude and ability to work on‑site in the UAE.
• High school diploma required; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
