Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our real‑estate team in Dubai. The role focuses on contacting potential clients from provided databases, qualifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using company‑provided leads and databases.
• Qualify prospects and identify genuine buying or selling interest.
• Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients through professional communication.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs for calls and lead generation.
• Follow up with prospects to maximise conversion opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real‑estate telesales.
• Fluent in English (C1 level) and Hindi.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Experience calling clients in the US market is a plus.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and objection‑handling skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
