Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Viviana Properties is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to promote residential and commercial property offerings in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position involves outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and supporting the sales team to drive property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and qualify leads for property sales.
• Promote residential and commercial listings, providing accurate information on prices and terms.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries, schedule property viewings, and arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update a database of leads using CRM or lead‑management tools.
• Prepare basic sales reports and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Ensure a professional, positive experience for all potential clients.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with clear, confident presentation.
• Customer service experience to manage inquiries and maintain client satisfaction.
• Lead generation and sales abilities to convert prospects into opportunities.
• Relevant experience in tele‑sales, real estate, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, handle high call volumes, and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma required; further education in business, marketing, or real estate is advantageous.
