Telesales Executive – Real Estate Focus

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telesales Executive with a strong background in real‑estate sales to manage inbound leads, nurture prospects and drive them to qualified meetings. The role combines phone‑based relationship building with detailed project presentation, ensuring a seamless hand‑over to our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage assigned inbound leads through the CRM system with full visibility.
• Contact clients immediately after lead assignment and maintain consistent follow‑ups.
• Present project details—including location, features, pricing and value proposition—in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Build client interest and trust through professional communication.
• Convince and guide clients to attend in‑house meetings at the Sales Center or final online meetings with Relationship Managers.
• Keep leads active and engaged until a meeting decision is confirmed.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with the sales team and Relationship Managers.
• Accurately update all client interactions, follow‑ups and lead statuses in Salesforce CRM.
• Handle client inquiries, address basic concerns and escalate when required.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified, meeting‑ready clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, call‑center or inside‑sales roles.
• Real‑estate sales or telesales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage high lead volumes and perform consistent follow‑ups.
• Target‑driven, disciplined and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (or comparable CRM platform).
