About the role
The Telesales Team Leader will manage daily tele‑sales operations from our offshore office in Ajman, UAE. You will lead a team of English‑speaking representatives, drive performance, and ensure sales targets and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the telesales team, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor KPIs, attendance, conversion rates and sales results, providing coaching and feedback to improve productivity.
- Prepare regular performance updates, operational reports and sales analyses for management.
- Oversee pipeline management and CRM processes, ensuring accurate data entry and follow‑up.
- Coordinate with other departments to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leading a telesales or call‑center team.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to track and analyse performance metrics.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
