Teller (UAE Nationals Only) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a motivated UAE national to join its Abu Dhabi branch as a Teller. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, accurate and courteous banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and international money exchange transactions accurately.
• Handle cash and checks, ensuring the cash drawer balances at the end of each day.
• Maintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• UAE national (UAE Nationals Only).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high accuracy.
• 0‑5 years of relevant experience, or fresh graduates with strong customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Basic cash‑handling proficiency.
