Temporary Recruitment Officer – 3 Months

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer for a three‑month contract to support our growing healthcare network in Umm Al Sheif, Jumeirah. The role will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely placement of qualified professionals across clinical and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for both healthcare (doctors, nurses, allied staff) and non‑healthcare positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals and internal databases.
• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews, acting as the HR representative during selection.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer‑letter process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support workforce planning and close vacancies for hospital and clinic projects.
• Lead Emiratization initiatives to meet government and organisational targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with UAE labour regulations and Emiratization requirements.
