Tenant Relations Specialist

About the role

The Tenant Relations Specialist will proactively manage relationships with retail tenants across Aldar’s shopping centres, ensuring contractual obligations are met and performance is optimized. You will be responsible for monitoring sales reporting, conducting site audits, and driving improvements to enhance both tenant success and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily tenant performance, identify under‑performing tenants and provide weekly analysis reports with corrective actions supported by financial data.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercialization and asset‑management teams to design and monitor support packages such as mall and external advertising.
• Work with the central team to manage tenant debt, keeping total debt within 10% of revenue, negotiate settlement agreements and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of retail units, collect data from physical checks, customer feedback and social media, and assign remediation tasks to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail property management or real‑estate asset management.
• Proven ability to handle tenant relations, conflict resolution and cross‑functional collaboration with leasing, marketing, finance and legal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
