About the role

Mora Modo is a growing construction and interior finishing company focused on high-quality tiling and surface installations, working on residential, commercial and hospitality projects. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Tiler based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces, lay out designs and cut and install tiles so that finishes are accurately aligned and level.
• Mix and apply adhesives and grout, and install floor and wall tiles.
• Work with different materials to achieve the specified patterns and designs.
• Read and interpret drawings, coordinate with site supervisors and other trades, and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Complete work according to project timelines and quality requirements while following safety regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Tiler or in a similar role; vocational training or certification in tiling or construction trades is an advantage.
• Ability to work with ceramic and marble tiles, making precise cuts and finishes.
• Experience creating decorative mosaic designs and patterns.
• Ability to read technical drawings or layout plans and follow project specifications.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, adhesive and grout application, and tiling tools and equipment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, reliable attendance and teamwork on active job sites.
• Physical ability to lift, bend and stand for long periods.
