About the role
British Orchard Nursery is seeking a passionate Toddler Class Teacher to join its Expo campus in Dubai. You will work with children aged 1‑3 years, delivering a play‑based curriculum that aligns with the EYFS framework.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver age‑appropriate, play‑based learning activities.
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress in learning journals.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and uphold safeguarding and child‑protection policies.
- Support children’s communication, personal, social and emotional development, as well as physical milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.
Required profile
- Cache Level 3 or equivalent Early Years Education qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience working with toddlers or in a UAE nursery (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
- Warm, child‑centred approach with a solid understanding of safeguarding and health & safety.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
