Tour Operations Specialist

About the role

Anex Tour Tourism LLC is seeking an experienced Tour Operations Specialist to join its Operations Department in Dubai. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tour activities, managing supplier reservations, and ensuring a high level of service for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily tours, excursions, cruises, desert safaris, theme parks and other attractions.
• Manage reservations, communicate with tour suppliers and partners, and organise pick‑up schedules and logistics.
• Schedule and brief the guide team, monitor service quality and conduct operational briefings.
• Handle guest complaints, tour amendments, cancellations and refund requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UAE tourism products and destinations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tour operations within a DMC or tour operator.
• Proven experience managing reservations and supplier relationships.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure, including shifts, weekends and peak seasons.
• Own accommodation and transportation in Dubai.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Filtering).
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with reservation or tour‑operations software (unspecified).
