Tower Crane Operator

About the role

Arada is seeking an experienced Tower Crane Operator to support lifting and material‑handling activities on construction sites in Sharjah. The role involves operating tower cranes safely, following approved lifting plans and maintaining clear communication with riggers and supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily tower crane inspections and ensure the crane operates within its rated capacity and approved limits.
• Follow lifting plans, signals and communication protocols while coordinating with riggers and lifting supervisors.
• Report breakdowns, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately, and place the crane in safe parking mode when out of service.
• Maintain safe working practices and comply with site HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of tower crane operating experience.
• Valid operator certification/licence as applicable.
• UAE construction experience preferred.

Required skills

• Operating tower cranes safely and efficiently.
• Conducting crane inspections and maintenance checks.
• Following lifting plans and signal protocols.
• Effective communication with riggers and supervisors.
