Traffic Manager

About the role

KAYALI is seeking a highly organised, proactive Traffic Manager to act as the central nervous system of its production engine. You will oversee the end‑to‑end workflow of campaigns, paid content, social and marketing projects, ensuring seamless delivery from brief to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day movement of content projects across the business, managing timelines, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Ensure all incoming requests are properly briefed, scoped, assigned and scheduled before entering the workflow.
• Flag bottlenecks, risks, resource clashes or delays and proactively mitigate them.
• Monitor project status daily, driving accountability across teams to meet deadlines.
• Prioritise business‑critical and founder‑led requests while maintaining visibility for the wider team.

• Thrives in fast‑paced, 360‑degree production environments.
• Excellent communication, clarity and collaboration skills.
• Obsessed with maintaining workflow hygiene and operational efficiency at scale.

Required skills

• Deep understanding and hands‑on experience with Asana project‑management software.
