About the role
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Training Department, aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Training Department in the Human Resources Division.
- Deliver training programs that satisfy employee, guest and owner expectations.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in a large operation.
- Strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
