Training Sales Executive

About the role

Bureau Veritas do Brasil is hiring a Training Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi, reporting to the Training Sales / Operations Team Leader. The role covers the promotion, marketing and sales of in-house and open-house training courses, including registration of delegates, fee collection and the full sales loop from client visits to after-sales feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, market and sell in-house and open-house training courses, and manage communication and marketing materials
• Register delegates and collect fees, ensuring compliance with CQI-IRCA logo and other requirements
• Complete the sales loop: client visits, proposals, negotiations, follow-up, contracts and after-sales feedback
• Meet public and in-house training targets, obtain new key accounts and manage existing ones
• Promote e-learning courses and generate self-generated leads, nurturing opportunities and building a segmented data pool
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO and other management system standards
• Upload commercial information into the CRM (Salesforce) and record sales activities
• Take part in sector meetings, exhibitions and seminars, and conduct market research
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive for training or a similar role
• Minimum of 15 years of formal education and a university degree or equivalent
• Ability to identify key aspects of a client's processes and organization to develop a quote
• Understanding of the generic sales process for training products and of lead conversion to sales
• Ability to handle cold calling and telesales

Required skills

• Detailed knowledge of CQI-IRCA and other accreditation body requirements
• Awareness of the training product range offered by the offices of the respective countries
• Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer and database applications
• Strong organizational skills and communication skills
