Training Support Officer (UAE National)

About the role

The Training Support Officer coordinates technical training administration, focusing on financial coordination, marketing support, data reporting, resource planning, compliance and documentation. The role ensures optimal seat utilization across training programs and acts as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, manage purchase orders and coordinate payments.
• Plan, schedule and manage in‑house and outsourced training programs, optimizing seat utilization and monitoring course fill rates.
• Maintain financial accuracy, monitor revenue and costs, and resolve billing queries.
• Support promotion of training programs, handle customer enquiries, nominations and coordination.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly training progress, activity and financial reports.
• Coordinate logistics including facilities, travel, visa and accommodation arrangements.

Required profile

• Related diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration, finance support or training coordination within a training school, airline or MRO environment.
• Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP/LMS systems (advantageous).
