Transformer & Reactor Testing & Commissioning Engineer (HV)

About the role

Ivory Power Group is looking for a dedicated Engineer to support the installation, testing and commissioning of high‑voltage transformers and reactors on site in Dubai. The role involves close coordination with local utilities and on‑site teams to ensure projects meet the latest utility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support installation, testing and commissioning of power transformers and reactors at site.
• Test and commission transmission substations (132 kV & 220 kV).
• Provide technical supervision and site coordination for electrical projects.
• Liaise with local utility organizations to meet customer requirements.
• Order material, verify availability and supervise site technicians to adhere to schedule.
• Report daily progress to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HV transmission.
• Experience in installation, testing and commissioning of power transformers and reactors.
• Knowledge of latest international standards and local utility specifications.
