About the role
The Transport Cleaner (Runner) supports the smooth operation of Le Méridien Dubai by delivering items and providing assistance to guests and hotel departments. Runners move throughout the property, ensuring guests receive what they need at the right time, while upholding safety, confidentiality and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver items directly to guest rooms and public areas promptly.
- Provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front office and other departments as needed.
- Move, lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 55 lb without assistance, navigating stairs, service ramps and confined spaces.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Preserve confidentiality and uphold professional appearance, uniform and communication standards.
- Remain on feet for extended periods, standing, walking or sitting as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience, license or certification required.
