Travel Consultant - Arabic Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Travel Consultant who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our Dubai office. The consultant will guide clients through every step of their journey, from initial inspiration to the final return, ensuring a seamless and personalized travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on destinations, design tailored itineraries and recommend travel options that match their preferences and budgets.
• Handle flight, hotel, transfer and tour reservations, issue tickets and vouchers, and process changes, cancellations or special requests.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions in both Arabic and English.
• Maintain accurate client records and stay up‑to‑date with travel regulations, visa requirements and industry trends.
• Support sales initiatives by suggesting additional services, upgrades and ancillary products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel consulting or travel management, with a strong understanding of client needs.
• Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GDS platforms and reservation systems.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office tools such as Microsoft Excel.
