Travel Meeting Car and Fleet Intern

About the role

This internship offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while supporting travel, meeting, car and fleet functions. You will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment, collaborating with diverse teams and developing analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support creation of robust interactive stakeholder engagement plans, process maps and newsletters.
• Assist with presentations, monthly reports, local webpage updates and other communication materials.
• Monitor data capture accuracy on meetings technology tools.
• Coordinate with other functions to address missing data, process gaps and related issues.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and ability to work 20‑40 hours per week.
• Graduating in Q3 2027 or later.
• Advanced communication skills, creativity and independent thinking.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities, plus technical know‑how for video/graphic creation and process mapping.
