About the role
NMDC Group PJSC is looking for an experienced Tug Master to take command of the TUG AL KADEH within its Support Craft/Crew (SC-DM) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient navigation of the tug, supporting the company's maritime operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and navigate the TUG AL KADEH during all operational missions.
- Coordinate with the crew and other vessels to ensure safe maneuvering and berthing.
- Maintain compliance with maritime regulations and company safety standards.
- Monitor vessel performance, fuel consumption, and equipment status.
- Report operational data and incidents to the department head.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in maritime operations, preferably on tugboats.
- Proven track record of successful tugboat navigation and crew leadership.
- Strong understanding of navigation rules, vessel handling, and safety procedures.
